Details Press Release.

Alpaca Sports are relaxed, yet equally impactful in their emotional resonance. Here, they strive for exquisiteness: always a saxophone, instruments that smile at the sun. It’s that subtle Swedish way — where "twee pop" achieved great milestones — that shines brightly in these twelve songs. The single's title says it all: *"Summer Days"*, electronic and danceable, with a magical, crystalline guitar that opens it as if greeting summer with colors.

Achievements and awards

Since they began in the winter of 2011, it’s been nothing but great news for ALPACA SPORTS. Their indie pop has reached the ears of fans worldwide, from the United States to Japan, including Peru, Spain, England, their native Sweden, and a dozen more countries. Few lovers of this sound are unfamiliar with their debut album or the numerous singles released over these months, the cover art by Japanese illustrator Ray Kimura, or their unforgettable performances at festivals like New York and Madrid Popfest or Indietracks. Songs like *“He Doesn’t Even Like You,”* *“Just For Fun,”* or *“Just Like Johnny Marr”* are now part of the recent indie pop memory, making this incredibly young band truly remarkable.
