Kyriacos is a greek-cypriot composer, songwriter and singer living in Nicosia, Cyprus. He is also a software sound effects designer. Early Work and Life Kyriacos is known for his software sound/music effects he designed working at KResearch used by notable clients like Martin L. Gore (Depeche Mode) , Peter J Lehman, Bryan Jerden, Rayshaun Thompson and other leading composers, sound designers and artists involved in all phases of sound and music production. Kyriacos was born in an artistic family. His father Aristos Kyriacou was a published composer, professional musician playing the clarinet, violin, piano, accordion and organ, singer and painter. His Uncle Petros is a published poet and cultural writer, painter and performing musician. His father was a part of a government funded group travelling worldwide promoting cypriot traditional music. Kyriacos studied with his father and other professional musicians, starting at age six, to play the piano, accordion and guitar. Later he was privately coached as a siger by soprano Maria Paschali, director of Music at Theodosiades Drama school in Athens Greece. Kyriacos additionally has a diploma in Electrical Engineering from H.T.I. in Cyprus and an MSc degree in Information Technology from University of Liverpool in UK enabling him to design his own software based sound effects. Kyriacos was a member of various local pop and rock music groups doing covers and original songs with appearances in popular live venues and national TV. He is composing music since a very young age, his first compositions were for solo piano and solo classic guitar, he later begin to orchestrate songs and instrumental compositions. Current Work Kyriacos is now working full time composing new original music or remixing his unpublished original compositions accumulated over time. He recently made his international debut by releasing a number of singles on digital music platforms as of August 2023.
