Wiz Khalifa sued by rapper Maxamillion over ‘Black And Yellow’ dispute Hip hop star facing $2.3 million lawsuit Wiz Khalifa is being sued for $2.3 million (£1.5 million) by the rapper Maxamillion, according to reports. Pittsburgh-based artist Maxamillion, whose real name is Max Warren, alleges that Khalifa’s track ‘Black And Yellow’ stole elements from his own song ‘Pink N Yellow’, reports Rolling Stone. Warren, who claims that he copyrighted his song in 2008, has reportedly filed his lawsuit in a federal court in Philadelphia against Khalifa – real name Cameron Jibril Thomaz – and two other songwriters, as well as several record companies.
