HEAVEN IS CALLING (INSTRUMENTAL)

Maarten Schellekens is a Switzerland-based composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist known for his cinematic and emotionally evocative music. Since 2018, he has been experimenting with orchestral and neo-classical music, and he has also released electronic music under the name Amarent. Starting in 2021, Maarten began publishing his music and quickly achieved millions of streams on Spotify and other music platforms. In addition, his work is often used in documentaries, short films, and other media, including the film The Death of the Hedgehog. Maarten licensed his songs through his own website, Evocativesoundtrack.com, but later closed it to focus on creating exclusive music for YTINIFNI PICTURES. He is also a member of the IMLC, a collective of musicians who support each other in navigating the fast-changing music industry. Maarten began making music at a young age and rekindled his passion after a period of working demanding jobs. In addition to his ability to compose original music from scratch, he is proficient in both guitar and piano. He also utilizes modern music technologies, such as the Vienna Symphonic Library and synthesizers, similar to those used by Hans Zimmer. Maarten believes music is a powerful medium to connect with and evoke deep emotions, and he thoroughly enjoys the art of music creation, whether producing independent music or composing for motion pictures to enhance their storytelling.
